2. OBLIGATIONS OF THE USER<\/h2>\n

The User agrees not to take actions or leave comments that may be considered as violating Portuguese law or international law, including in the field of intellectual property, copyright, and\/or related rights, generally accepted norms of morality and ethics, or promoting harm or hatred for any reason by any person, as well as any actions that may disrupt the normal operation of the Site and its services.<\/p>\n

3.2. If any provision of the Agreement is found by a court to be invalid or unenforceable, this does not invalidate the other provisions of the Agreement.<\/p>\n
3.3. Inaction on the part of the Site Administration in case of violation by any User of the provisions of the Agreement does not deprive the Site Administration of the right to take appropriate actions later to protect their interests and the copyright of the Site materials, which may include sending claims, requests for explanations, filing lawsuits, complaints, statements, and other actions.<\/p>\n
3.4. The Site Administration reserves the right to unilaterally change the terms of this Agreement at any time. Such changes take effect from the moment the new version of the Agreement is posted on the website. If the User disagrees with the changes made, they must refuse access to the Site and stop using the materials and services of the Site.<\/p>\n
3.5. Users are responsible for regularly reviewing this Agreement to stay informed of any changes. Continued use of the Site following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.<\/p>\n
3.6.
